Mr. Mallen has the background and ability to understand your clients' circumstances and to help resolve their legal issues.  Mr. Mallen has substantial experience in resolving complex litigated cases, and since 1990 has practiced civil and administrative law across Florida.  As a former insurance defense attorney Mallen defended hospitals, doctors and nurses in medical malpractice claims, defended auto, property, coverage, sinkhole and other insurance claims.  Mr. Mallen has successfully represented both employers and injured workers in workers compensation cases, and has handled catastrophic injury cases, paralysis injuries, death cases, auto accidents, real estate, landlord tenant, family law, probate, and still handles consumer and landlord/tenant cases for the Legal Aid Society pro bono. Mr. Mallen has been a guest legal adviser on television news and radio programs.

Mr. Mallen is both a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and also Appellate Court Mediator.  He admitted to practice in Florida and Federal Courts. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 1990, and founded his curent firm in 1994.  Mr. Mallen attended undergrad at the University of Florida, majoring in Finance with Highest Honors in 1987.  Mr. Mallen worked on Wall Street before Law School.  As a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator, David Mallen puts his experience to work for you®.

Mr. Mallen has been married to Carla for 17 years and they have 2 wonderful children, Steve and Susan.

Civil Mediation fees are split evenly by the parties.

Worker Compensation fees shall be paid by the Employer/Carrier/Servicing Agent.
